SharePoint 2010 新體驗3 - 文檔集

有時候，我們會有一組關聯度很高的文檔，它們都是屬于某個主題，或通常互相引用。比如，關于某個項目的一組Word文檔，或是TechEd會議的所有SharePoint相關的幻燈片文檔。對于這樣一組關聯度很高的文檔，在SharePoint 2007中，我們要麼将它們放在一個單獨的檔案夾中，要麼單獨建立一個文檔庫存放它們。SharePoint 2010增加了一個新特性：文檔集，就是用來專門管理一組關聯度很高的文檔。 

首先，在網站集的功能管理中，激活“文檔集”功能：

然後，為希望使用文檔集功能的文檔庫，添加上“文檔集”内容類型：

然後在這個文檔庫的“建立文檔”菜單中，就會增加“文檔集”選項：

在建立文檔集的視窗中，輸入文檔集的資訊：

文檔集被建立之後，會有一個專門的文檔集頁面，來讓使用者檢視和管理這個文檔集：

對一個文檔集，我們可以對它進行相應的管理，包括為它設定單獨的權限、為它附加工作流等等：

我們為文檔集上載一組文檔：

在文檔庫的視圖中，一個文檔集顯示成一個項目（雖然它裡面實際包含了多個子文檔）：

當使用搜尋功能的時候，文檔集中的文檔可以被直接搜尋到，同時文檔集本身也會被包含在搜尋結果中：
