搭建ingress環境

修改本機的hosts檔案(位置:C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc),添加如下内容
master虛拟機的IP位址 nginx.test.com
masete虛拟機的IP位址 tomcat.test.com
檢視ingress為service提供的端口号
