全球化時代的今天，無論是經濟還是文化、政治大家都在互相學習和借鑒，取長補短，但由于語言不一樣，溝通起來就比較麻煩，是以才有了官方通用語言，語言是溝通的橋梁，為了讓世界認識中國，了解中國，為了介紹中國，為了克服語言障礙，要學習的東西還是蠻多的。
比如許多職位，職稱，頭銜，官名就讓許多人頭痛，别說是英語翻譯，就是用中文表述都表述不清，因為太長，種類繁多，日常生活中也不常用。
看看下面寫一段話，如果用中文翻譯出來，對于許多人可能就比較吃力，可能你什麼單詞都認識，也掌握一定的文法結構，但是把所有單詞連成一起你就懵了，聽力更不用說，因為都是terminology和專有名詞 onomatology onomastics 。
