oracle 11g不能啟動,[求助]oracle 11g無法啟動

系統是redhat 6.5，之前沒有過任何預兆即出現了以下問題。

今日發現整個資料庫非常緩慢，遂準備重新開機伺服器解決問題。

但是執行shutdown immediate沒有任何效果。同時sql語句執行緩慢，小弟并非專業oracle資料庫運維，隻是接了個活，是以想着速戰速決，于是執行了shutdown abort。成功。

之後再啟動時就出現了無法啟動的問題。下面是錯誤日志。希望各位能夠幫助我
