原因是因為github的問題
1.打開終端（cmd），輸入指令：ping 192.30.253.112 發現連接配接逾時；輸入指令：ping github.com 顯示逾時。
2.打開 hosts檔案，位址：C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc 看是否是預設配置。預設配置如下：

如果不是，還原成預設配置。

看自己的ip位址（我的是聯通的）：

在終端輸入 ping github.com,如果通了，就可以了
4.然後就可以正常操作了
