海外優青·中國科學院數學與系統科學研究院招聘啟事

中國科學院數學與系統科學研究院成立于1998年12月，由中國科學院數學研究所、應用數學研究所、系統科學研究所、計算數學與科學工程計算研究所融合而成，曆史可以追溯到1952年7月1日成立的中國科學院數學研究所，首任所長為著名數學家華羅庚先生。數學與系統科學研究院首任院長是楊樂院士，繼任院長是郭雷院士，第三任學術院長為席南華院士、執行院長為王躍飛研究員，第四任院長是席南華院士，現任院長是張平院士。

數學院是一個綜合性的國立學術研究機構，覆寫了數學與系統科學的主要研究方向。目前，數學院除了下屬的四個研究是以外，還有三個中國科學院研究中心，分别為中國科學院國家數學與交叉科學中心、中國科學院晨興數學中心和中國科學院預測科學研究中心。此外，還有大陸數學領域唯一一個國家重點實驗室——科學與工程計算國家重點實驗室，及五個中國科學院重點實驗室，分别為中國科學院管理決策與資訊系統重點實驗室、中國科學院系統控制重點實驗室、中國科學院數學機械化重點實驗室，中國科學院華羅庚數學重點實驗室、中國科學院随機複雜結構與資料科學重點實驗室等。詳見http://www.amss.ac.cn。

數學院現誠邀廣大青年學者依托數學院申報海外優青。

一、項目概況

優秀青年科學基金項目（海外）旨在吸引和鼓勵在自然科學、工程技術等方面已取得較好成績的海外優秀青年學者（含非華裔外籍人才）回國（來華）工作，自主選擇研究方向開展創新性研究，促進青年科學技術人才的快速成長，培養一批有望進入世界科技前沿的優秀學術骨幹，為科技強國建設貢獻力量。

二、申請條件

1. 優秀青年科學基金項目（海外）的申請人應當具備以下條件：

（1）遵守中華人民共和國法律法規，具有良好的科學道德，自覺踐行新時代科學家精神；

（2）出生日期在1984年1月1日（含）以後；

（3）具有博士學位；

（4）研究方向主要為數學與系統科學及相關領域；

（5）在取得博士學位後至2024年4月15日前，一般應在海外高校、科研機構、企業研發機構獲得正式教學或者科研職位，且具有連續36個月以上工作經曆；在海外取得博士學位且業績特别突出的，可适當放寬工作年限要求；

（6）取得同行專家認可的科研或技術等成果，且具有成為該領域學術帶頭人或傑出人才的發展潛力；

（7）申請人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，或者2023年1月1日以後回國（來華）工作。獲資助通知後須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，全職回國（來華）工作不少于3年。

2. 限項要求

執行國家科技人才計劃統籌銜接的相關要求。同層次國家科技人才計劃隻能承擔一項，不能逆層次申請。

三、支援措施

1、執行高層次人才年薪制

2、按照國家和中國科學院的政策給予科研經費200-600萬元

3、給予安家費100萬元及其他相關配套支援

4、提供人才較高價的電梯大廈或享受人才周轉用房租金補貼

5、協助解決子女入托、入學

About AMSS

Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science of Chinese Academy of Sciences (AMSS) is a top research center of mathematics and systems science in China, dedicated to the highest level research in pure mathematics, applied mathematics, and applications of mathematics. Currently, AMSS has 270 faculty members, including 15 CAS Academicians, 1 CAE Academician, and 48 recipients of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. AMSS invites young scholars working in all areas of mathematics to apply for National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars (Overseas) through AMSS.

Requirement for Applicants from NSFC

(1) Abide by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and have good scientific ethics.

(2) Born on or after January 1, 1984.

(3) Have a PhD degree in mathematics or related areas.

(4) Have more than 36 months’ working experience at oversea universities or academic research institutions before April 15, 2024. For those who have obtained a PhD degree overseas and have outstanding research records, the limitation of work experience can be relaxed.

(5) Have strong research record and the potential of becoming an academic leader.

(6) The applicant should have not yet returned to China on a full-time working basis, or returned to China after January 1, 2023. If the fund is approved, the recipient need to work at AMSS full-time for at least 3 years.
