Moscow design studio ZE Workroom, founded in 2008. They are good at translating the needs and visions of their clients into a specific architectural language. In design practice, the inspiration or concept of their works mainly comes from the group of architects with pioneering consciousness in the last century. It is also based on this that all projects have been related to a similar origin to a certain extent, while the rational function makes the space more comfortable.
Garden Quarters是一間寬敞的較高價的電梯大廈，位于一座大廈的頂層。ZE Workroom在較高價的電梯大廈轉角處設計了一個可以俯瞰城市全景的外部開口， 并設定了具有突出性符号的門框。設計師将較高價的電梯大廈布局一分二，公共區是開放式廚房和起房間；私密區為卧室和浴室。
Garden Quarters is a spacious apartment located on the top floor of a tower block. ZE Workroom designed an exterior opening at the corner of the apartment that overlooks a panoramic view of the city, and set a door frame with a prominent symbol. The designer divided the layout of the apartment into two, the common area is an open kitchen and living room; Private areas are bedroom and bathroom.
工作室的目标旨在打造現代而簡約的審美風格，使其能夠長期地滿足于業主的客觀生活需求。為了實作這一目标，他們以時間記憶為依據，通過能夠讓人聯想起過去的元素或細節的形式，重塑它們之間的關聯性和當代性。
The aim of the studio is to create a modern and simple aesthetic style that can meet the objective needs of the owner in the long term. To achieve this, they use temporal memory as a basis for recreating their relevance and contemporanity through forms that recall elements or details of the past.
這間較高價的電梯大廈的顯著特征是，濃郁的、近乎白蘭地般的橡木色調滲透并統一于整個空間。少量的金屬和天然洞石的使用，互為映襯，契合空間設計理念的同時，有着強烈的自我屬性表達。其中嵌入式家具所構成的用餐區是專門為該項目單獨定制而成。
The striking feature of this apartment is the rich, almost brandy-like oak tones that permeate and unify the entire space. The use of a small amount of metal and natural cave stone sets off each other, fits the concept of space design, and has a strong self-attribute expression. The dining area, which consists of embedded furniture, was individually customized for the project.

"The memory design concept combines elements of the past and the modern to present a unique and different situation, creating a comfortable and stylish home atmosphere," explains ZE Workroom.
