沒錯，之是以叫白茶，是其茶樹具有典型的白化特征。早春之時氣溫尚低，茶樹的新芽呈現白色或者淺綠色。葉片展開之後，亦呈白色。大約一個月之後，白芽方随着溫度上升，漸漸轉綠。因為這樣的特性，人們把這茶，稱為“安吉白茶”。
Yes, it is called white tea because the tea trees exhibit a typical albino characteristic. In early spring, when the temperature is still low, the new buds of the tea tree appear white or light green. After the leaves unfold, they also appear white. About a month later, as the temperature rises, the white buds gradually turn green. Because of this characteristic, people call this tea "Anji White Tea".
安吉白茶泡後，湯色清澈而又明亮，葉白隐翠。因為茶葉中氨基酸高于普通綠茶，是以安吉白茶特别的鮮甜爽口，沒有苦澀之感。
When brewed, Anji White Tea has a clear and bright liquor, with leaves that are white with a hint of green. Due to its higher amino acid content compared to regular green tea, Anji White Tea has a particularly fresh, sweet, and smooth taste without any bitterness.
