At 9:00 p.m., when my colleagues and I patrolled to the middle of the Zhangmaya Tunnel, we found a pickup truck with a Sanmenxia license plate parked in the right lane, the driver standing next to the car anxiously dialing the phone, and the passing vehicles changed lanes to avoid giving way, which was very dangerous. Seeing this, we immediately opened the alarm, placed the cone bucket, and inquired about the situation. It turned out that the engine of the car had failed, it could not be refueled, it could not be driven, and the mobile phone in the tunnel had no signal, and it was impossible to call for help. Since the damage to the car was not large, in order to improve efficiency, we braved the rain to mediate between the drivers of both sides. The drivers on both sides were also reasonable, saying: "You are very touched to mediate the accident for you in the rain", and later both sides said that they could make concessions. During the afternoon patrol, it was found that two serious landslides occurred at 180 km and 183 km in succession, and a large number of soil and stones slid down from the mountain to the highway, which seriously affected the safe passage.
