Nowadays, Yu Guanhua opens a restaurant in Wulai, and has won the "Fourth Cross-Strait Top Ten Food Award" with the "Yu Grilled Fish" that he went to Sichuan to learn his best cuisine. Yu Guanhua said that "microphones and kitchen knives are the two most important things in life", and his dream in his heart is to carry forward the ingredients of his hometown wulai, let more people love through cooking, and convey the love of Taiwan's land to more people.
