On the morning of November 10, Du Hehui, director of the Gaozhuang Police Station of the Shilong District Public Security Bureau in Pingdingshan City, said during a street visit and investigation.
Du Hehui entered the Shilong District Public Security Bureau of Pingdingshan City in September 2005 through the unified recruitment of police through the province, and successively served as the criminal investigation brigade of the district public security bureau and the police of the Renmin Road Police Station, and was appointed deputy director of the bureau office in September 2007, director of the Longxing Road police station in June 2013, director of the Renmin Road police station in December 2014, and director of the Gaozhuang police station and deputy director of the Gaozhuang street office in June this year. Since joining the work, Du Hehui has won the titles of provincial, municipal and district advanced individual in political science and law, advanced individual in safety construction, and advanced individual in publicity in the province for many times, won the third class merit of the individual 4 times, was awarded the nomination award of "Eagle City Top Ten Outstanding Young PoliceMen" in 2014, and was rated as an outstanding civil servant at the district level for 6 consecutive years.
Dreams illuminate the path of life
Growing up to be a policeman is Du Hehui's dream since childhood, he insists on his dream and strives for it. In the end, through hard work, the light of dreams illuminated the path of this rural baby's life.
At the beginning of his entry into the police in 2005, Du Hehui was assigned to the criminal investigation brigade of the district public security bureau, starting from an ordinary policeman. According to guan Yanke, a colleague at the time, Du Hehui was young and promising, diligent and studious, not afraid of hardship, and soon became a backbone of criminal investigation business.
"The organization assigned me this task because of my great trust. No matter how difficult it is, I have to find a way to complete it. Du Hehui said that when he was first transferred to the Renmin Road police station in 2014, there was still a certain gap between the requirements of the district public security bureau in terms of management. Faced with such a situation, he set goals: to improve the system, rectify discipline, seek truth and be pragmatic, and win with reality.
He organized all comrades to discuss collectively, study and formulate more than 20 rules and regulations such as study, meetings, duty, leave, finance, vehicle management, rewards and punishments. He took the lead in enforcing and complying with the rules. After two months of hard work, the Renmin Road police station has shown a spiritual outlook of unity of thought, unity and harmony, and unity of purpose. "I really didn't expect that we would have today, working together, uniting, and we all worked hard." During the visit, Du Hehui learned that due to the land occupation and pollution reasons, the people of Xiazhuang Village of the Renmin Road Office continued to go to several nearby enterprises to get land payments, but the enterprises could not get the land occupation funds due to poor production capacity benefits, and because of the social legacy reasons, a one-time subsidy was not issued, so the masses constantly surrounded the enterprise gate and did not allow vehicle personnel to enter the factory area.
Du Hehui immediately reported the situation to the leaders of the bureau and the leaders of the office, and immediately led the police to the scene to deal with it. The mood of the masses at the scene was unstable, and they had to smash the enterprise. Du Hehui patiently explained legal knowledge to the masses, painstakingly talked about policies, and helped some elderly people to positions that were not dangerous, and took all measures to let the gate open first. Du Hehui arranged for the people's police to rush to the village committee immediately after maintaining order at the scene, summoned the village cadres to a meeting, explained the stakes to them, and explained the laws and policies. Two hours later, the crowd was all persuaded to leave, and a mass incident was avoided.
The next day, Du Hehui led a team to print the relevant petition policies and legal provisions into pages, distribute them door by house, and paste them in conspicuous positions such as enterprises, village entrances, and supermarkets, and pass a series of legal publicity. The masses recognized the mistake, actively reported to the office, the land occupation and relocation problems were properly resolved, and now more than 1,000 households have been relocated to the new resettlement community.
Maintain the peace of the people on one side
"As a police station chief, in order to maintain the safety of one side, we must adopt strong measures, on the one hand, to do a good job in cracking down on all kinds of illegal crimes, on the other hand, we must do a good job in social security precautions, and make overall plans." Du Hehui said.
Du Hehui's business is exquisite, and his long-term adherence to the grass-roots police station has allowed him to practice a strong skill.
Every time he received a major case, he and his comrades-in-arms analyzed and judged the case, simulated synthetic tactics, restored the scene psychology, and did enough "homework" for accurate strikes. Du Hehui said: "To do a good job in case investigation in the new era, we must adhere to information leadership, scientific and technological support, use cutting-edge technologies such as big data, and vigorously tackle tough problems to improve the quality and efficiency of case detection." ”
The Renmin Road Police Station shoulders the task of defending all units in the district and the safety guidance of the ground enterprises in the whole district. After arriving at his post, Du Hehui sorted out the occurrence of cases in the past two years and found that there were many cases of "two robberies and one theft," so he led a team to form a special class to focus on cracking down on thieves.
In early May 2016, he identified two suspicious people by retrieving video footage, and he found that two people were present at the scene of several theft cases. Du Hehui immediately developed the photos of the suspects and distributed them to Lushan, Baofeng and other brother units, and finally determined that the two suspects were from Zhangdian Township, Lushan County. Du Hehui arranged for the police to place control over his home while strictly controlling the areas prone to crime. On May 17, at the Shilong District Youth Activity Center, the squatting police found two suspects, immediately leaned around them, and a suspect was arrested at the scene, and the other suspect ran three kilometers and was arrested in the back garden of the district government. After interrogation, the two suspects confessed to the facts of the crime.
In June last year, Du Hehui was transferred by the Pingdingshan Municipal Public Security Bureau to the Telecommunications Fraud Task Force. He and the members of the special case team ran for more than 5 months, traveled tens of thousands of kilometers, hungry for instant noodles, thirsty for merchants to borrow hot water to drink, and finally with strong faith, arrested 15 suspects in one fell swoop and froze more than 7 million yuan of funds involved in the case. Since June this year, Du Hehui has led the police of the Gaozhuang police station to crack down on crimes, theft of 3 cases, 4 criminal suspects have been brought to justice, and he has traveled to Shaanxi, Chongqing, Beijing and other places, and arrested 5 suspects, all of whom have been severely punished, maintained public safety, and guarded the safety of the party.
I owe too much to my family
In order to work, Du Hehui sometimes could not return home once a month. His eldest son, 12 years old and his younger son, 6, have not checked his homework once; his father lives in his hometown of Ye County, and he rarely sees him for half a year. Speaking of the family, Du Hehui had tears in the corners of his eyes: "I owe too much to my family, my father can't manage it, and my lover can't accompany me." ”
Speaking of Du Hehui, his wife said: "Since he got married, he has worked in the grass-roots police station for a long time, and the burden of taking care of the elderly and taking care of two young children has fallen on me, but I have no regrets. I understand his work mission very well, although it is hard and tiring, but I still support this family and let him work with peace of mind. When he was busy at work, he could not return home once in ten days and half a month. The one time he came home was a holiday for our whole family! ”
On June 1 this year, due to the needs of work, Du Hehui was again transferred to the Gaozhuang police station as the director.
