Vivian Chow (born November 10, 1967) is a Hong Kong singer and actress.
In 1986, he debuted after finishing second in the Amateur DJ Competition. In 1988, he participated in his first film " Three People's World " , and was nominated for the Best Newcomer Award at the Hong Kong Film Awards. In 1988, he released his first solo album "Zhou Huimin" and achieved platinum record sales.
