The relevant person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision said that for the applicant who promises to meet the license conditions and submits the materials as required, the certificate will be issued on the spot, which provides great convenience for the enterprise to apply for the industrial product production license and reduces the institutional transaction cost.
According to the notification commitment system, on the basis of the implementation of the notification commitment approval of food-related products, fertilizer products, wire and cable, hazardous chemical packaging and containers in 2018, Beijing implemented the notification commitment for 6 types of products such as steel reinforcement, cement, radio and television transmission equipment, RMB identification instrument, prestressed concrete railway bridge simple support beam, and hazardous chemicals this year.
For enterprises that have obtained industrial product production licenses by way of notification and commitment, routine inspections with full coverage will be carried out within 30 days after obtaining the certificate. Where an enterprise obtains a production license for industrial products by deception, submitting false materials, etc., once discovered, the production license shall be revoked in accordance with law, and the relevant legal responsibilities shall be pursued for engaging in relevant activities without authorization in accordance with the decision not obtained, and shall be publicized in accordance with law. At the same time, through the implementation of flight inspections, increase the intensity of product quality supervision and spot checks, and carry out product quality and safety risk monitoring and other measures, strengthen supervision during and after the event, and effectively achieve the combination of decentralization and management, and truly achieve "wide entry and strict management".
