On June 3, at the inaugural meeting and the first general meeting of Yangxin Modern Agricultural Planting Association, 26 agricultural science and technology demonstration subjects in Zhai Wang Town, under the leadership of Liu Hongbin, full-time vice chairman of the Town Science and Technology Association, agricultural technology station chief and vegetable station manager, participated in the inaugural meeting and joined the association according to the application procedure and became members of yangxin modern agricultural planting association.
Zhai WangZhen firmly established the development of modern agriculture under the strong leadership of the party committee and government, and in the process of transforming from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, it took the empowerment of rural revitalization as an opportunity and seized the goal of cultivating rural professional cooperatives and rural scientific and technological talents. Successive ancestral records have established 129 professional cooperatives in grain, vegetables, traditional Chinese medicine, animal husbandry, aquatic products and other industries, relying on the county agricultural and broadcasting school to cultivate more than 500 talents in various aspects such as agricultural technology laws and policies, 3 assistant agronomists with farmer titles, and 2 agronomists with farmer titles. The vegetable industry has grown even more, and the planting area accounts for more than 85% of the total area of the county. On this basis, the Yangxin County Vegetable Association was registered and established in 2020.
At the same time, it actively guides and helps the main body of scientific and technological demonstration to play a demonstration effect, drive nearly a thousand farmers in the surrounding areas to change the traditional planting mode, innovate and develop new models, and connect the government and major scientific research institutions, dock with banks, insurance, and large-scale agricultural production enterprises, strive for policy support, reduce risks, help members reduce costs and increase efficiency, increase production and income. In 2021, professor Su Zhenqi, a wheat breeding expert at China Agricultural University, will be docked to build a display base for new wheat varieties in China Agricultural University.
