According to Zhang Zhoubin, according to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, in addition to the implementation of strict centralized medical observation of high-risk personnel involved in the epidemic such as close contact, there are also some relatively low-risk epidemic-related personnel, who can implement home health management after assessment. For example, sub-close contacts that meet the conditions for home isolation, personnel who are released from centralized medical observation for 14 days by foreign inbound personnel, staff in certain key positions, and specific personnel identified based on epidemiological investigations.

There are three situations of home health management: one is home isolation medical observation, the other is home health monitoring, and the third is self-health management.

The requirements for home isolation medical observation are mainly: living alone or the room is well ventilated and relatively independent, with a separate bathroom; if it cannot be lived alone, then the co-residents in the house also need to implement home isolation medical observation. In addition to this, there are a number of other requirements, which are determined by the staff. If the conditions for home isolation are not met, centralized isolation is required for medical observation. "Simply put, it is a single room, a dedicated toilet, and no one leaving the house." Zhang Zhoubin said.

The requirements for home health monitoring are mainly: "two good", "four must not" and "one timely". Do a good job of health monitoring, take the temperature every day, conduct nucleic acid testing as required; do a good job of personal protection when going out, and wear a mask. It is forbidden to participate in gathering activities, not to go to crowd gathering places, not to take public transportation, not to go to Internet cafes, movie theaters, gyms, mahjong halls, chess and card rooms, bathing centers, KTV and other enclosed and semi-enclosed places. Once fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell and taste, diarrhea and other physical discomfort symptoms appear, you should immediately report to the community, and promptly go to the designated medical institution for investigation. Zhang Zhoubin said that in simple terms, it is not necessary not to go out, if you want to go out, be a "loner".

The requirements of self-health management are mainly: home and work and school places are two points and one line, do not participate in group activities such as dinners and parties; when taking public transportation, elevators and in places with relatively dense personnel, they should consciously and standardize the wearing of masks; try to avoid face-to-face conversations with people at close range.

Zhang Zhoubin said that everyone should enhance their awareness of prevention, while doing a good job of self-protection, but also pay attention to their relatives, friends, colleagues, if there is a recent history of living in other places, especially in provinces and cities where the local epidemic has occurred, or need to implement home health management, they should be given a kind reminder.
