With the theme of "New Momentum of Refined Management, New Journey of High-quality Development", the conference was held online and offline simultaneously. At the meeting, Huang Huabo, director of the Department of Medicine of the National Medical Insurance Bureau, reviewed the work and effectiveness of 101 CHS-DRG and DIP pilot cities in the past three years, and interpreted in detail the "Three-year Action Plan for the Reform of DRG/DIP Payment Methods" to clarify the work tasks for the next three years. Long Xuewen, deputy director of the Medical Insurance Center of the National Medical Security Bureau, summarized the main tasks of CHS-DRG and DIP from the perspective of medical insurance management, and analyzed the main tasks and responsibilities of medical insurance managers under the background of reform from the management level. Zheng Jie, director of the Beijing Medical Insurance Affairs Management Center, and Ying Yazhen, vice president of the National Medical Insurance Research Institute, respectively made reports on the national pilot work of CHS-DRG and DIP. Xiao Xue, director of the Guangdong Provincial Medical Insurance Bureau, and Xu Weiwei, deputy director of the Zhejiang Provincial Medical Insurance Bureau, shared the experience of the pilot in the province as representatives of the pilot areas.
In view of the new situation, new tasks and new challenges faced by CHS-DRG and DIP reform, the conference set up 15 sub-forums, including 9 CHS-DRG sub-forums and 6 DIP theme sub-forums. More than 100 experts in the field of medical insurance, such as medical insurance managers, scholars, and representatives of medical institutions, deeply analyzed the various issues that need urgent attention in the current medical insurance payment reform from various aspects such as policy, management, management, management, key technologies, medical management, and practical experience.
