Ingredients: 200 g of beef, 15 g of shredded red pepper, 100 g of parsley
Seasoning: Pixian watercress sauce, 1/2 tsp each of peppercorns,
1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 20 g ginger, vegetable oil to taste
Prepare the beef into fine strips; the celery is washed and cut into sections; the ginger is shredded, and the bean paste is finely chopped.
Production process
1. Heat the oil until it is 70% hot and add the shredded beef.
2. Sauté until the water vapor will dry, add shredded ginger and watercress sauce.
3. When the beef is sautéed until crispy, add soy sauce and red pepper and stir-fry well.
4. Finally, add the celery segments, sauté until the raw, sprinkle with peppercorns and stir-fry well, drizzle with sesame oil.
Production tips
The shredded beef should be cut evenly, but should not be too thick.
To make this dish, use medium heat, hot oil, stir-fry continuously after entering the pot, until there is no oil and water in the pot, then add other ingredients to continue simmering until the beef jerky is fragrant.
