Zhang Xiu, born in July 1962 in Wuhan, is a deputy research librarian of Hubei Provincial Museum, a member of the Chinese Book Association, a director of the Hubei Provincial Book Association, a director of the China Hard Association, and the vice president of the Hubei Women's Book Association.
Zhang Xiu inherited her family's education, her father is a middle school history teacher, likes to draw, the so-called calligraphy and painting homology, in her spare time she followed her father to write and paint, gradually immersed in the influence of art, and slowly embarked on the road of art.

Since the age of 18, Zhang Xiu has been writing the inscription of the needle well for the ancient building of Wudang Mountain, the inscription of the mountain gate plaque for the Quyuan Memorial Hall in Hubei Province, the inscription of the tomb of Qu Yuan's cloth and crown, and the inscription of the East Lake and other scenic spots.
