Black Sail, which is from the same platform as Spartacus, is a drama I recently brushed. However, after I didn't watch much from the first season, I jumped straight to the second season and started watching.
All of the plots may not be connected, and some things need to be sorted out slowly, especially the relationship between people. It wasn't until I saw the fifth episode that I realized that Captain Flint was still thinking that Nassau Harbor could achieve self-control and realize his dream of being his friend.
It was only the plot that made me feel the hottest eyes appeared, Flint, who was still a British navy captain at the time, turned out to be gay, or thomas who supported himself, and this light kiss almost did not make me drop my jaw.
This is not a simple love triangle, Thomas's father caught Flint and Thomas's wife having an affair, and made a big fuss, which led to his son being sent away, and caused Flint to lose his position as a captain in the navy, and Thomas's wife was also exiled.
However, Flint did not go to Paris at the request of Thomas's friend, but took Thomas's wife to Nassau Harbor.
The booty that the pirate Wayne snatched this time turned out to be a beautiful girl, who turned out to be Thomas's good friend, peter who supported Thomas except Flint.
This Peter is now the governor of the colony, and Thomas's wife hopes that Flint will rescue the girl and send her back to Peter so that Peter can help Flint and fulfill Thomas's wishes.
This seems reasonable, but Flint is not willing to take risks, so Thomas's wife says what Flint is most worried about, that is, he once loved Thomas. Well, a man falls in love with another man, and at the same time he has an affair with the man's wife.
This relationship is really hilarious.
Leaving aside the relationship for the time being, such a transformation gives Flint, a fierce pirate, another ideal, that is, he hopes that the pirate can be transformed into a good person, thinking of fulfilling Thomas's wishes and pardoning the pirates' guilt.
In fact, they had already achieved some results that year, and Through Peter's help, Thomas contacted some powerful people who could help them say something useful. But when Flint returned to London, everything changed, because in Nassau, he saw a terrifying event.
Pirates stormed governor Nassau's house, dragged the governor's wife and 9-year-old son into the street, and cut their throats in public. Then they let the governor go, just to get the governor to speak, nassau was the place where the pirates had the final say, and the British government had no right to interfere.
At this point, Thomas's dreams were shattered, and with the strength of the opposition, Thomas was taken to the hospital on the grounds that he knew that his wife and Flint were having an affair, and his emotions were agitated and uncontrollable.
Flint was dismissed from office on the spot, ordered to leave England immediately, and also expelled from The Thomas's wife. Peter was there, and Peter arranged for them to go to Paris, where his friends would take care of them. But Flint refused, and he was going to Nassau.
So the plot unfolded like this, it is really a heavy taste, the male protagonist is gay. How did you feel when you saw this episode? I was stunned, can I still do this?
Oh, ok, just write these, and then brush a few episodes, you can brush the second season of "Ice Storm" for a while, and then write a review article for everyone.
Thanks for reading.
