Then the whole class of children began to coax and shout at the little girl: Hurry up! Come on!
The teacher did not stop it, but added a sentence: You see that you have aroused the indignation of the people.
In the next two minutes, the teacher asked the little girl to exchange places with her table. The little girl refused, so through verbal violence, incitement to classmates, dragging the table and chair, and finally successfully changed the seat.
The little girl, probably in the first and second grades, did not say a word the whole time, and kept holding back tears without falling.
And the whole thing happened only because she covered her ears when other students performed the show.
I found out that the video looked back and forth, covered ears, and there may be a small element of deliberateness, but there are two facts that must be said:
1, covering her ears is not her alone, but the teacher only targeted her one, venting emotions
2, the classmate who performed the performance, the voice is really loud...
Explaining these two points, I think it is no longer necessary to dwell on what mistakes the children have made (or whether they have made mistakes), but can turn their attention to the main problems of the incident:

But it can also be heard from the teacher's words that if the student does not obey, she is likely to take the initiative to send it to the parents. This shows that the teacher is accustomed to such behavior and does not take verbal violence seriously.
Up and down, this school, from the administrators, down to other teachers is likely not to take the teacher's scolding of the student seriously.
Like when I was reading, most of the teachers' means of managing students were to copy books, curse people, and beat people. In the middle school I went to, there was even a female teacher who was famous for hitting students and breaking three or four mops...
But this is not 30 years ago, but in 2021, the public primary school in Beijing's Chaoyang District !!! The best school districts outside the three districts of the imperial capital and the east and west seas are at this level.
It is really hard to imagine that after so many years, the quality of the teaching team has not been comprehensively improved.
Some parents broke the news that although this school is called experimental two primary school, the actual predecessor is a small dish. Most of the children of migrant workers (that is, non-Beijing nationals) in the school are not all children of Beijing hukou. If they are qualified teachers and are used to talking like this, they don't feel anything about it.
Beijing has some public school teachers with their own arrogance:

Of course, a problem with a class teacher does not mean that all teachers in the school have problems.
