Since the outbreak, more than 100 volunteers in this community have been active in all corners of the community every day, and Mr. Qiu is one of them. "When I first tested for nucleic acid here, I saw another foreign resident in the square, and I was very confused in the square and didn't know the process of nucleic acid testing."

Mr. Qiu said that the largest QR code on the "Ningbo Nucleic Acid Screening Target Personal Information Self-registration Form" is for residents with ID cards, and the small QR code at the bottom of the form is provided to non-ID card (such as Taiwan compatriot card, passport, etc.) to scan and register.

That night, he translated the Chinese part of the form into English and highlighted the exact locations that people from abroad should scan. "There are many foreign friends living in our community, and I have posted this form in the volunteer group of the community for everyone to contact and use." At the same time, Mr. Qiu established a point-to-point single-line contact with the foreign residents in his community, reminding them to go downstairs for nucleic acid testing the next morning, and also providing them with some other help.
