In the history of Chinese archaeology, it is difficult to distinguish between the Northern Dynasty tombs and the Eastern Han tombs, because the Northern Dynasty tombs are similar to the Eastern Han Dynasty tombs, and no clear Northern Dynasty tombs have been found in the archaeological history of Beijing.
Then again, why is it that this tomb can be clearly dated, because a tomb brick with an inscription has been unearthed in the tomb, and the inscription records a clear time, the tomb owner was buried in the second year of Yuan Xiang (539 AD), and more importantly, the tomb brick is also engraved with the tomb owner from Joseon County, Lelang County.
Lelang County was one of the four counties set up on the present-day Korean Peninsula after Emperor Wu of the Western Han Dynasty pacified Wei Manchu Korea, and the county seat of Lelang County was in Joseon Castle, while the following Joseon County was in present-day Pyongyang. So why would a Han Pyongyang be buried near Beijing?

The excavation of the tomb in Beijing caused a great shock to the Korean historians, because previously Korean scholars believed that the Western Han Dynasty only occupied the Korean Peninsula for a short time, and then The "predecessor" of South Korea, Goguryeo, annexed the four counties of Korea.
The excavated tomb bricks have a clear time and place name on them, which confirms that in the early 6th century, The County of Lelang still existed on the Korean Peninsula and was not captured by Goguryeo or Baekje.
However, I think that even if the evidence is conclusive, the Korean historians will not admit it, after all, Korean academic circles are absolutely forbidden to discuss that the Korean Peninsula was once ruled by the Chinese dynasty, the only exception is the Yuan Dynasty, after all, after recognizing the rule of the Yuan Dynasty, South Koreans can say that they have hit Europe.
