The "Five Steps of the Earth" published by Shandong People's Publishing House is composed of five volumes: "The Earth is Yellow", "The Earth Meteorology", "The Earth Nirvana", "The Fragrance of the Earth", and "The Dream of the Earth". Based on the great Xiangxi Province, the book highlights the spirit of the earth, the Chinese background and the human vision, and introduces the rich, complex and distant social life scenes into prose and poetry writing.

The first volume of "Earth Pale Yellow" depicts the long volume of rural customs, nostalgic for the beauty and vicissitudes of a village; the second volume of "Earth Meteorology" tells the blood history of national wars and restores the memory of yesterday's war and the country; the third volume of "Earth Nirvana" focuses on the transformation of historical districts and the current city image, witnessing the past dust and this life of an old street; the fourth volume of "The Fragrance of the Earth" explores natural ecology, colorful regional customs, and sets off the magnificence and magic of a group of peak forests; the fifth volume of "Earth Dream" focuses on the millennium bird road, listening to the heavens, the earth, people, Symphony of birds.

Xie Mian, director of the Academic Committee of the Chinese Poetry Society and a poetry critic, believes that the "Five Steps of the Earth" is a symphony about the earth, and Luo Changjiang has completed the transcendence across time and space and across genres.

The seminar was co-sponsored by Poetry Magazine, Zhonghua Cifu Magazine, Hunan Writers Association, Zhangjiajie Municipal Party Committee Publicity Department and Zhangjiajie Municipal Federation of Literature.
