The conference deliberated and adopted the "Constitution" of the Calligraphers Association of the Development Zone, and elected the first council of the calligraphers association of the development zone, the chairman, vice chairman, secretary general and presidium members of the first council. Song Chunqing was elected as the chairman of the first council of the Dongying Development Zone Book Association. After the meeting, the participating calligraphers held a "Into optics valley new spring collection" PEN meeting activity at the Dongying Optics Valley Future City Baiman Hotel, writing dozens of pairs of Yang Lian, Fu Characters and calligraphy works on the spot. Subsequently, the guests visited the "Double Creation" Center and cross-border e-commerce industrial park of Optics Valley Future City, and learned about the industrial occupancy and operation of Optics Valley Future City.
