The Liuyang River has left a beautiful picture in Gaoping Yangtan, and now the artistic atmosphere here is even stronger. The Duanjianghua Rural Art Museum in Shuangjiang Village, Gaoping Town, recently opened, attracting many art-loving citizens to punch in.
Duan Jianghua Rural Art Museum is self-financed by Duan Jianghua, a well-known oil painter in China, and rebuilt on the basis of the original Yangtan Supply and Marketing Cooperative, covering an area of 1100 square meters.
The art museum is the first rural art museum in Liuyang that integrates exhibition, teaching, art practice, cultural and tourism integration and other functions, and is committed to enriching the local art atmosphere by holding various art exhibitions, attracting and inviting well-known domestic art institutions and artists to sketch and create, gathering art resources, and creating a Liuyang cultural and artistic highland.
Here, art and countryside blend perfectly. Stroll through it and the breath of art will come to mind. The venue is small, with three floors, and the floors are staggered and full of beauty; the paintings hanging on the walls in turn are of different styles, all of which are derived from Duan Jianghua's perception of beauty; follow the direction of light into the outdoor platform, and the beauty of Gaoping is unobstructed.
"I hope to take this art museum as a starting point, starting from the students of Yangtan Primary School, the villagers of Shuangjiangkou, and every artist who comes to the museum, to promote the interpretation and progress of rural culture and art." Duan Jianghua said.
Song Guohui, secretary of the Party Committee of Gaoping Town, introduced that in 2022, efforts will be made to build the Duanjianghua Rural Art Museum into a "display window" that attracts social resources to Gaoping to invest in and rebuild art and folklore theme parks, exhibition halls, and experience halls, and further promote the construction of "Liuyang River Art Town" and concentrate on creating an important position to display Liuhe culture and inherit the spirit of Liuhe.
