According to the strategic cooperation agreement between the two sides, Horizon will provide intelligent driving solutions with a full range of journey chips as the core, helping SAIC-GM-Wuling to accelerate the layout of the era of automobile intelligence.
IT House understands that Horizon said that as early as early 2021, the two sides had already carried out in-depth cooperation and made substantial progress. In the first half of 2022, Horizon Matrix Mono driver assistance solution built by Horizon based on the Journey 2 chip will begin to be installed in a number of SAIC-GM-Wuling models, and the Horizon Halo in-vehicle intelligent interaction solution based on journey 2 will also be mass-produced on SAIC-GM-Wuling KiWi EV models.

At the same time, the two sides are also discussing the research and development of intelligent functions for more high-end models, and jointly creating automatic driving and on-board intelligent interactive functions. Among them, based on the Journey 5 chip, the two sides will work together to build an intelligent computing platform to accelerate the large-scale mass production of high-level automatic driving functions.
