Since January 17, 48 medical service projects, including childbirth analgesia, have been officially included in the city's basic medical insurance payment. In other words, the completion of these 48 medical service projects at the end of the self-payment history and the realization of medical insurance settlement will bring residents a real sense of gain.
Take childbirth analgesia, for example, which is to alleviate maternal fear, reduce the rate of caesarean section, and allow women to enjoy safe, comfortable and dignified delivery medical services, but it has always been self-funded. For example, a 28-year-old mother insured by the basic medical insurance of urban workers in this city, before it was included in the medical payment, the original childbirth analgesia price was 2,000 yuan, all at her own expense. Nowadays, the unit price of childbirth analgesia has dropped to 1800 yuan, according to the occupational insurance hospitalization treatment and classification of self-financing policies, the cost burden will be reduced by about 70%, and the actual payment of women is only a few hundred yuan, which further alleviates the cost concerns of insured women who are about to give birth and have fertility plans to use childbirth analgesia.
It is reported that the 48 medical service projects included in the scope of medical insurance payment mainly include life-saving, emergency-saving projects, and advanced cutting-edge technologies with good treatment effects and obvious benefits for patients.
