Expand diversified appeal collection channels such as normalized enterprise visits, "enterprise say" government-enterprise communication meetings, and weekly information collection, and form a closed-loop solution for enterprise demand collection, circulation, disposal, and return visits. The city pioneered the "Enterprise Home" service workstation, forming a full-coverage service system in 14 towns, key parks and key buildings in the district, and 30 have been built so far. The first batch of enterprise service specialists with a total of 457 people were established, giving priority to covering more than 9,000 key enterprises in the region. Promote the interaction between expert workstations and enterprise homes, carry out 30 lectures of various types, carry out personalized services for enterprises 40 times, and serve more than 1,600 enterprises in total. Ten services of "one netcom office" such as enterprise start-up, special equipment level, policy declaration, and tax declaration are settled in the enterprise home.

Accelerate the resolution of enterprise demands. Leading cadres in the whole region visited a total of 5191 enterprises, collected 1476 enterprise problems, and completed 1358 cases, with a problem resolution rate of 92%. The third phase of the "Enterprise Says" government-enterprise communication meeting coordinated and promoted 26 cross-departmental complex demands for 20 enterprises in the jurisdiction, focusing on solving difficult problems such as major project promotion, large tax invoice issuance, import of goods, and power support.
