In January 1917, Wang Renzhong was born in An ordinary peasant family in Jing county, Hebei Province, the family attached great importance to his studies, to the age of school, Wang Renzhong was sent to the county primary school to study, because of excellent academic performance, Wang Renzhong entered the county normal school, the family originally planned to let Wang Renzhong graduate to stay in the school as a teacher. But Wang Renzhong did not intend to spend his life so ordinary, and at the age of 15, he joined the Communist Youth League and began to participate in various local youth movements.
In 1937, after the outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japan, Wang Renzhong came to Yan'an, the holy land of revolution, and began to enter the Central Party School for systematic study of Marxism, because of his excellent performance during the study period, after the end of the one-year study, Wang Renzhong took up the position of a teacher in the public school in northern Shaanxi. He wrote down his understanding of Marxism, compiled it into a teaching plan, and met professors in various schools in the form of class speeches, which caused a good response among the majority of students.

During the Liberation War, Wang Ren received orders from the central authorities at higher levels to go to the southern part of Hebei to preside over the work and organize and launch the peasants to carry out the agrarian revolution in the local area, so that the vast number of ordinary peasants could obtain their own land and become the real masters of the land. Through the efforts of Wang Renzhong and others, the vast number of peasants in Hebei have greatly supported the front-line operations of the People's Liberation Army, and many young people in the villagers have signed up to join the army and joined the ranks of the People's Liberation Army.
On the eve of the founding of New China, Wang Renzhong was sent to Hubei to preside over the work and served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee. Due to long-term hard work, Wang Renzhong's physical condition continued to decline, and Wang Renzhong, who was then in a vice-state position, suddenly fell seriously ill and was hospitalized before an important meeting, and immediately after he was discharged from the hospital, he immediately threw himself into work.
