Affected by the epidemic and the season, the entire Royal Street is slightly "empty", although the old shops and restaurants on both sides are open for business, most of the passenger flow is really limited, which can be described as "Door Corolla". Only brands like "Bandung" and "McDonald's" have always been "hot" business.
Probably for the sake of "saving" and "environmental protection", the "artificial creek" on the side of the road has disappeared the scenery of "babbling water", and the entire royal street has lost its former "agility", coupled with the fact that there are not many pedestrians, it is becoming more and more deserted.
Although it is not far from the North Mountain Road, the French plane trees here seem to have just begun to enter autumn, and some of the leaves are still green. Every corner of the Royal Street is very clean and tidy, and it is still quite leisurely to take a walk here.

According to the "West Lake Tour", the royal street of the Southern Song Dynasty in ancient times was about 4.2 kilometers long and was paved with more than 10,000 stone slabs. During the Southern Song Dynasty, the Royal Street started from the hening Gate in the north of the Imperial Palace, to the north through the ChaotianMen Slightly to the west, and then extended to the north, passing through today's Zhong'an Bridge, GuanQiao, and reaching Xinzhuang Bridge.
