In order to ensure the healthy growth of minors during the Spring Festival and winter vacation, further standardize the operation order of Internet cafes in the jurisdiction, and supervise and improve the management level of Internet café owners, the Hong Kong Middle Road Street Squadron of the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade of Qingdao Shinan District conducted special inspections of Internet cafes within its jurisdiction.

In the course of the inspection, law enforcement personnel focused on checking whether Internet cafes carried out real-name registration management in accordance with regulations, whether minors were accepted to access the Internet in violation of regulations, whether there were obvious warning signs that "minors are not allowed to enter the Internet", and also checked the operation status of video surveillance equipment and fire fighting facilities in Internet cafes. Law enforcement personnel require owners to strictly follow management regulations, strictly implement the real-name registration system on the Internet, register illegal acts such as holding other people's documents and surfing the Internet without a license, and strictly prohibit the signs prohibiting minors from entering the Internet to be hung in a conspicuous position. At the same time, law enforcement personnel also inspected the epidemic prevention work of Internet cafes, checked the preparation of protective materials such as customer health information registration forms, disinfectant water, and hand sanitizer, required to wear masks throughout the service, and all Internet personnel wore masks, showed health codes, and measured body temperature when entering Internet cafes, so as to standardize operations and operate in accordance with the law.

Through this special inspection action, the awareness of merchants on epidemic prevention and control has been further improved, and the safety hazards and various violations of Internet cafes have been effectively eliminated.
