There are many kinds of body milk on the market, but there are really few that are easy to use. Wanting a moisturizing and non-sticky body lotion is really not easy.
This time, I prepared 8 of the easiest body lotions to buy and started the evaluation.
Now, for OCD, I made an information sheet for a body milk assessment.
Asked a circle of people, when you buy body lotion, basically consider the sense of use, moisturizing and not greasy is the basic need of everyone, so I divided this evaluation into 4 directions.
- Texture test to test whether the body milk is good to push away;
- Moisture test, which tests the moisturizing properties of body milk;
- Oil brightness test, which tests whether the body milk is shiny;
- A stickiness test to test whether body milk sticks to clothing.
Well, without further ado, let's get into today's assessment session
Although the texture does not determine the viscosity and moisture of the product, it can still be seen from the first glance that it is ductile and smooth.
So, start with the simplest and roughest texture, apply about 0.5ml of body milk on each hand, and observe smoothness and ductility with the naked eye.
Purely from the texture point of view, Vaseline and Stauff are basically solid, but they are better than expected.
And Polaria is a good push away of the emulsion, even moist to the state of hanging on the hand, close look there are some fine flashes.
The texture of the double-tube essence is the most artifact, which is two layers inside and outside, and the transparent layer on the outside is a gel texture with strong flow.
The inner white is a thick emulsion texture, and the texture is relatively thick.
Body lotion is essentially used to moisturize the skin, so moisture is the decisive factor in the quality of body milk.
So how moisturizing are they, let's take a look
Regarding the moisture level of body lotion, we found a moisture tester.
To reduce the error of the experiment, we tested the skin moisture content before use, immediately after use, and after 30 minutes of use, respectively.
Apply 0.5ml per body lotion and apply to the same area at different times to ensure accuracy.
Finally, the moisturizing power of the body lotion is determined based on the difference between the 30-minute application and the heel before use.
According to the comparison difference before and after use, I simply made a table out
Purely from the perspective of moisturizing power, the moisturizing power of these body lotions is good.
In particular, Vaseline's bright white body lotion and Stafu's small white jar, although Vaseline focuses on whitening effects, but the moisturizing power is much better than imagined.
To sum up:
Better moisturizing power
: Vaseline Whitening, Stauff, Nivea, Vaseline No. 3;
Medium moisturizing
: Sergeant and Muscle, Victoria's Secret, sesderma;
Relatively poor moisturizing power
: Polaria.
I don't know if you will feel this way, but some body lotions always give people the feeling of oil that is not absorbed, like a layer of oil floating on the surface of the skin.
But some sisters also show that the more moisturized the body milk, the more oily it will appear.
Is this really the case? Let's take a look
I first applied 0.5ml of body lotion evenly on the body, and after 3 minutes of complete absorption by the skin, I took out the oil absorbent paper and pressed it on my hand to see how it was absorbed.
Regarding the brightness of the oil, I have made the following division: the more light is transmitted on the oil absorption paper, the brighter the oil.
The oil brightness of all products is relatively flat and comparable.

Combined with the moisture test of the previous body, we have summarized 3 products that moisturize without oil, and do not shine while moisturizing for a long time
If everyone gets the moisture and oil brightness, let's take a look at the viscosity.
After all, no one wants to buy sticky and greasy body milk!
Still take an equal amount of 0.5ml of body lotion, apply it evenly to the arms, and wait until 3 minutes later to gently press the small sequin.
The more sequins adsorbed on the hand, the more sticky the product is, and vice versa.
The gap can still be clearly seen in the number of small sequins.
Among them, the upper water and muscles and Stafu stick the least, and the surprising thing is Stafu, which is obviously a body milk that is close to solid, but it is quickly absorbed and not sticky.
Polaria, on the other hand, is a massive rollover.
Even if you remove it with a wet tissue later, it is difficult to wipe off, and there are also refreshing and sticky body lotions.
