Microsoft Q2 revenue and profit both exceeded expectations, why did the stock price jump up and down after the release of the financial report?

On January 25, 2021, Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) announced its fiscal 2022 Q2 financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021. Revenue and profit levels once again exceeded expectations, but such results still caused Microsoft's stock price to fluctuate greatly after the release of the earnings report.
