Liu Qi said that in order to make the five rings continue to emit light, in the initial stage, when the five rings rise, the wires are rolled up and included in a 2-meter × 2-meter wire closing frame. During the live rehearsal, this appearance image was criticized. "We'll remove the frame and expand the battery." The simple appearance of the five rings inside the "gully and vertical", aluminum alloy skeleton is lined with dense power lines, signal control lines and so on. Technicians rearranged it to allow more room for the new battery. At the same time, the battery low temperature test is carried out in the cryogenic laboratory to ensure that the power supply can be sustained and stable even in the minus 20 degrees Celsius environment, to meet the needs of the long-term five-ring hoisting display.
With the deepening of the technical test, in order to ensure that the mechanical equipment can complete the ascent within 43 seconds, the size of the ice cube has also been optimized and adjusted, and the height has finally been reduced to 10 meters, ensuring the final perfect presentation.
