IT House February 12 news, Sony Interactive Entertainment announced that Horizon: Dawn of Zero has sold more than 20 million copies, reaching this milestone in November 2021.
According to Hermen Hulst, owner of PlayStation Studios, players have spent more than 1 billion hours in Horizon: Dawn of Zero.
IT House learned that Horizon: Dawn of Zero was released on PS4 in February 2017 and then landed on PC in August 2020. In February 2019, the game sold 10 million copies.
With 20 million copies sold, Horizon: Dawn of Zero became one of playStation's best-selling games of all time, alongside God of War 4 and Spider-Man.
The game's sequel, Horizon: Desperate West, will be released on February 18, with the official promise that the game will support the PS4 version and upgrade to the PS5 version for free. Players will return to the distant future of the post-apocalyptic world on the horizon, explore distant lands, fight against larger and more amazing machines, and meet strange new tribes.
