Myth: Ubisoft converted the original Assassin's Creed Temple of Valor expansion pack into a standalone project

Bloomberg sources broke the news that Ubisoft has turned the original planned expansion package of Assassin's Creed into a stand-alone project to fill the release window. Featuring Bassim in Valle, the game is expected to launch by the end of 2022 or 2023, and will be smaller than the recent large open-world Assassin's Creed and more stealth-focused gameplay.
