On February 16, eight cross-border truck drivers tested positive for nucleic acid at the Shenzhen port. The eight patients are the 48th to 55th positive cases of cross-border drivers detected at the Shenzhen port since 4 February.

The situation is as follows:

Patient 48:

Wu Mou, male, engaged in the cross-border transportation industry, returned to Hong Kong from the Shenzhen Bay Port at 12:45 on February 15, and was tested positive, the relevant situation has been notified to the relevant departments in Hong Kong, the place where the driver went has been strictly eliminated, and the relevant close contacts have implemented control as required.

Patient 49:

Li Mou, male, engaged in the cross-border transportation industry, from 13:15 on February 15 from the Sha Tau Kok port of entry closed loop, detected positive, has been transferred to the designated hospital for isolation and treatment, the relevant situation has been notified to the relevant departments in Hong Kong, the driver's place has been strictly eliminated, the relevant close contacts have been implemented as required to implement control.

Zhou Mou, male, engaged in the cross-border transportation industry, from 17:17 on February 15 from the Shenzhen Bay Port of Entry Closed Loop, tested positive, has been transferred to the designated hospital for isolation and treatment, the relevant situation has been notified to the relevant departments in Hong Kong, the driver's place has been strictly eliminated, and the relevant close contacts have implemented control as required.

Li Mou, male, engaged in the cross-border transportation industry, returned to Hong Kong from the Shenzhen Bay Port at 21:55 on February 15, detected positive, the relevant situation has been notified to the relevant departments in Hong Kong, the driver's place has been strictly eliminated, and the relevant close contacts have been controlled according to the requirements.

Wang Mou, male, engaged in the cross-border transportation industry, from 17:17 on February 15 from liantang port entry closed loop, tested positive, has been transferred to the designated hospital for isolation treatment, the relevant situation has been notified to the relevant departments in Hong Kong, the driver's place has been strictly eliminated, and the relevant close contacts have been controlled as required.

Patient 54:

Wu Mou, male, engaged in cross-border transportation industry, returned to Hong Kong from the Shenzhen Bay Port at 12:25 on February 16, detected positive, the relevant situation has been notified to the relevant departments in Hong Kong, the driver's place has been strictly eliminated, and the relevant close contacts have been controlled according to requirements.

Patient 55:

Liang Mou, male, engaged in cross-border transportation industry, returned to Hong Kong from the Shenzhen Bay Port at 11:06 on February 16, checked positive, the relevant situation has been notified to the relevant departments in Hong Kong, the driver's place has been strictly eliminated, and the relevant close contacts have been controlled according to the requirements.
