Recently, the Supervision Commission of the Xinzhou Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision publicly exposed four typical problems that violated the spirit of the eight central regulations, as follows:
1． Liu Jiajie, head of the Nanzhuang Squadron of the Traffic Police Brigade of the Dingxiang County Public Security Bureau in Xinzhou City, has a problem of private car public maintenance. From February to May 2021, Liu Jiajie took advantage of his position to use the unit's official fuel card to refuel his personal vehicle for a total of 2810 yuan. In June 2021, Liu Jiajie was punished with a warning from within the party and ordered to return the proceeds of the violation.
2． Fan Yun, captain of the labor supervision brigade of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Fanzhi County, Xinzhou City, accepted banquets from management service recipients in violation of regulations. After investigation, from August 2019 to June 2020, in the process of solving the problem of unpaid wages in a community project, Fan Yun accepted the banquet of Ren X, the person in charge of the project contractor of the community, three times in violation of the law, and illegally accepted gifts and gifts from Ren X. In May 2021, Fan Yun received a severe warning from the party and his illegal income was confiscated.
3． Liu Yucai, second-level sergeant of the Public Security Management Brigade of the Baode County Public Security Bureau in Xinzhou City, accepted gifts from management service recipients in violation of the law. After investigation, from 2019 to 2020, Liu Yucai took advantage of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Spring Festival and other festivals to illegally accept gifts such as cigarettes and alcohol from management service recipients, with a total value of 3860 yuan. In June 2021, Liu Yucai was punished with an internal party warning and his illegal income was confiscated.
4． Wu Run'an, former secretary of the party committee of Xinzhou Social Welfare Spirit Kangning Hospital, Wang Kaiwu, deputy secretary of the party committee, Wang Huimin, head nurse of the rehabilitation department, and others accepted the issue of travel arrangements in violation of the law. After investigation, in August 2019, Wu Run'an led Wang Kaiwu, Wang Huimin and others to accept a dealer's travel arrangements in violation of the rules and travel to a scenic spot during the inspection of rehabilitation treatment equipment in other provinces, and the relevant expenses were borne by the dealer. In addition, Wu Run'an also has other serious problems of violating discipline and law. In June 2021, Wu Run'an was expelled from the party and dismissed from public office, and the suspected crime was transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution; Wang Kaiwu and Wang Huimin were respectively punished with warnings within the party.
