Ning Xiuyun (1932-1999) was a native of Xi'an, Shaanxi. Famous Qin opera artist. At the age of 11, he went to the Zhengyi Society and the Xinmin Society to learn art, and the main worker was Zheng Xiaodan, and in 1951, he went to the Yi Folk Society. Her singing voice is highly skilled, generous, cheerful and comfortable, paying more attention to the combination of words and cavity, the cavity goes with the word, and the word collar line makes the entire singing cavity serve the accurate embodiment of the character's thoughts and feelings. He is good at both classical and modern dramas, and has won the second prize of the first drama observation and performance conference in Shaanxi Province.
Soon after Ning Xiuyun returned from the "cadre school" in Nanniwan, he was assigned to the Eaves Dingguang Building to chase the light. Once, due to the snow in the house, a foot was not stable, so he slid down from the roof of the house more than four meters high, fell bloodied, unconscious, and lay on the coal pile. Fortunately, he was found by Wei Haojing, back to the hospital for rescue, the diagnosis result was a fracture of the arm, a ruptured lip, a tooth loss, after the "word nail" fixed bone limbs, teeth inlay, suture lips, correct mouth shape and other surgical treatment, Ning Xiuyun still thinks that one day can return to the stage. Half a year later, the knife was opened, and the "word nail" was taken, and the arm still could not bend and straighten up. "How can such a bent arm be performed on stage?" Definitely not! Is my artistic life over from now on?! She was depressed and anxious, so she asked the orthopedic doctor, who replied: "If you want to straighten your arms, you have to open another knife, pull off the healed bones and limbs, and reconnect them, then you have to endure a lot of pain!" Listening to the doctor's words, Ning Xiuyun had a thousand thoughts and fierce ideological struggles, and she wanted to go on mixing up in pain like this, she could count work injuries, she could take care of wages, she could provide for the elderly in the country, but she could no longer be on the stage, she had become semi-crippled, and what was the meaning of life? Thinking about the results of going, Ning Xiuyun made up his mind, in order to regain the stage, restore artistic life, and endure the severe pain of another operation, open the operation to correct the bones and limbs! After the second operation, her arm was finally straightened, and she re-performed Bai Miaoxiang of "Nephrite Screen", Qian Qiongying of "Winning the Golden Building" and some new rehearsal plays, which were well recognized by the audience. Ning Xiuyun's dedication to her career and her love for art can be seen from this.
