As of the announcement disclosure date, Cross-border Connect and its subsidiaries have accumulated 20 new lawsuits and arbitrations, involving a total amount of 20,400 yuan, accounting for 19.94% of the company's latest audited net assets.

On April 7, 2017, Cross-Border Connect signed an equity transfer and capital increase agreement with SHEIN and other companies, stipulating that its proportion of the equity transferred by Patuoson was 4.6782%, and the equity transfer price should be paid 94.5 million yuan.
However, up to now, most of the transferees have paid the transfer payment one after another, and SHEIN still owes 12.1153 million yuan in the equity transfer price of cross-border communication, and repeated reminders have still been prevaricated and refused to pay for various reasons.
In addition to SHEIN, another company, Yiwei Yihang, also reversed the acquisition of Patoson.
However, Yiwei Yihang still owes 41.3598 million yuan in the transfer payment, and has filed a lawsuit with the court to terminate the Patoson equity transfer and capital increase agreement signed with Cross-border Connect on April 7, 2021.
Earlier last month, in response to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's letter of concern, Cross-Border Connect mentioned litigation disputes over SHEIN and other companies, and a number of financiers expressed remorse for the acquisition of Patoson, and now that a month has passed, the two sides have not yet reached a settlement.
At the beginning of 2021, the news that Cross-Border Connect will sell 100% of Patoson's shares shook the cross-border circle, and the reason behind it was mainly because of the large loss of performance and the inability to solve the problem of capital demand, which forced Cross-Border Communication to make a choice to survive with a broken arm.
However, with the passage of time, the sale of Patoson has been blocked, the "sky-high redemption fee" has not been paid in full, and the cross-border pass has not been able to turn a loss into a profit, and it has lost the important arm of Global Tesco after the transfer of Patoson, and the future development can be described as a way forward.
