Give yourself extra training
In September 2019, the newly enlisted Qubi Riya only hovered above and below the passing line. Looking at the gap with the soldiers of the same year, he gradually found his goal and vowed to improve all subjects to excellence.
Since then, every day during the lunch break, he can often be seen practicing silently on the equipment field. After the late roll call, he will always appear in the gym. With this strength of not accepting defeat, in the examination of recruits, he won the first place in the 1,000-meter and 3,000-meter runs, and all the subjects were not only excellent, but the 1,000-meter run broke the record of recruits in the brigade.
Compete with the soldiers of the same year
After getting off the company, Qubi Ri originally thought that with his advantage in running, he would definitely emerge in the company, but he did not expect that reality would soon pour him a basin of cold water. In the first basic four physical fitness examinations of the whole battalion, he did not get the first place in the three thousand meters as he wished, and other subjects were left behind by the veterans. As a result, the strength of not accepting defeat in his body came out again. Since you have not achieved your goal, you should redouble your practice and sweat more, not only to improve your running performance, but also to develop in all other subjects.
Share honors with your comrades-in-arms
On the training ground, Qubi Ri became more active. Comrades-in-arms knew that if they did not see him in the company, he would be present on the training ground. Qubi Riyan formulated a strict training plan for himself: after the late roll call, he could not move to carry out intensive training of his upper limbs, no less than five hundred squats a day, two hundred push-ups, sandbags and weight-bearing runs, and two times a week to insist on armed five-kilometer cross-country...

Not accepting defeat, self-discipline, and desperation are the evaluations of comrades-in-arms for Qu Bi ri. When others were resting and playing with their mobile phones, he always silently put on his gymnastics and walked alone to the training ground. Due to long-term high-intensity training, during an armed three-kilometer examination at the beginning of this year, QuBiri fell to the ground in pain after reaching the end of the line. The comrades rushed him to the health company, and the diagnosis resulted in moderate varicose veins in the lower leg, and the doctor recommended that he take medication to avoid high-intensity lower limb training as much as possible. Looking at his comrades running at full strength on the track and field field, his heart was full of envy.
At the beginning of March this year, the brigade held the third "Air Defense Guard Cup" military sports games. Hearing the news, Qu Bi Ri, who had a leg injury, resolutely applied to the company. The company commander was worried that the injury on his leg would worsen, and he wanted to refuse, but he was stubborn and finally agreed to his application.

With this momentum of not accepting defeat, he won the first place in the three kilometers of the armed forces of the brigade, the second place in the 1000 meters run, the second place in the horizontal bar practice, and the third place in the 3 km run.
