Huang Yongyu: There are as many masters as dogs

Decades ago, when Nanjing was still the "capital", there were two joking words, "There are as many major generals as dogs, and lieutenant generals walk all over the streets", describing that at that time in the capital, major generals and lieutenant generals were worth few dollars. In recent years, there have been new and interesting jobs in China, "professors walk all over the street, and masters are like dogs", which is also the real situation.

The titles "master" and "professor" could not have been casually placed on the head; as if they could not be taken off at will, they must have both connotation and considerable qualifications.

People who casually call people "masters" are often "well-meaning laymen" friends and do not quite understand the actual weight of "masters".

I am also often called "master" by friends, sometimes feel embarrassed, secretly chagrin, see friends with a sincere look, can not bear to brush their hearts, it is impossible to explain the problem to them in an instant, day by day thick skin, forming a "natural" ability to adapt.

However, this is very unfair, I am sixty-seven years old, unless I do not have Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo in my mind, no Wu Daozi, Gu Kaizhi, Gu Hongzhong, Zhang Zeduan, Dong Yuan, no Picasso, no Zhang Daqian... Unless I have arrogantly thought that my artistic means can be on an equal footing with them; unless I do not understand the evils of thousands of years of art history! Oh my God: "Master? "How easy is it to talk about?

Until today, when my students, and the students of the students, are called "masters", and when they are at ease, I have completely understood that our culture and art have reached a very interesting level!

If someone compliments me, "This old guy is very hardworking." "It's still worth it."

Tired, smoke a cigarette on the steps of an Italian's house and rest.

In Emerald, I almost ran all over the streets and surrounding mountains, carrying a picture box, very leisurely.

But don't think my days are all good!

In Hong Kong, before I leave, I have a plan, this time in Italy, to draw some very personal, spicy things out. ...... When it comes to Emerald Emerald, on the eve of the battle, the scenery and buildings are like wooden chickens.

For more than a thousand years, the grand schemes of Italian masters have been listed in front of them, and it is too late to honestly worship and copy, where can we still take care of the performance of naughty and spicy and personal character?

It was really one trepidation after another, one trembling after another. Panicking, self-inflicted relief, being led by the nose of the great predecessors, not even struggling. Looking at the number of more than twenty paintings, it is like walking into the forest, the sky is late, the return date is urgent, but I have not been able to find the spiritual fountain of wishes.

I just understand that in the twilight of sixty-seven years, there is not much time except for the joy of artistic labor. The world is so splendid, and there have been such wonderful inventions in art for thousands of years, enough to thank the heavens!

The people of the Italian land, all soaked up in the wonderful culture and art, can casually come to the upper art review, hum two opera folds. They not only "understand", but also "respect".

I said to an Italian friend, "You Italians don't pretend; you do it casually, naturally!" ”

"Of course! Of course! He said, "There are places to pretend." Go to the opera house platform, or go up there (referring to the stone pedestal carved from marble). There are places! ”

This land and this custom are too suitable for my taste.

When he was in his 80s, the reporter interviewed him: "Huang Lao, I still have a problem. Huang Yongyu: "After eating, you can interview me again." Reporter: "I'm afraid you'll have to take a nap after dinner." Huang Yongyu: "I don't take a nap, and I'm not an old man." ”

"My love life was so bad that the last time I entered a woman's body was to visit the Statue of Liberty."

There was another notice on the wall of his bedroom: "The person who flipped through your things is probably a genius, and you have to think of a hurry to blow him away." ”

In 2009, Huang Yongyu wrote a picture, The world has grown up, and I am old.
