Song Jibao, male, Han ethnicity, born in February 1964, graduated from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee and is a member of the Communist Party of China.

In May 2018, Wang Jincheng, then deputy director of the Shandong Provincial Public Security Department, began to serve as the director of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and The Provincial Government's Bureau of Letters and Visits.
