In the mushroom planting base of the orchard group in Qiansho Village, Jinping Town, Jingdong County, Yunnan Province, shiitake mushrooms are sent to Shanghai in batches. This is the fruit of Jinshan District's counterpart helping Jingdong County.
With the help of the east-west cooperation mechanism, in April 2018, Jingdong Huijin Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., invested 12 million yuan by Shanghai Quanyun Agricultural Science and Technology Development Company, was built in Qianso Village, Jinping Town, and through land circulation, a demonstration base for mushroom planting covering an area of 135 mu was created, and Shanghai Quanyun Agricultural Science and Technology Development Company provided strains, technology, funds, markets, etc., and adopted the industrial development model of "enterprise + base + branch + farmer" to help the whole process.
Shang Qiling, 60, is old, coupled with the fact that the family has a sick son who has been treated in the hospital for a long time and is unable to engage in heavy physical labor, resulting in difficulties in family life. Under the introduction of the village party branch, Shang Qiling became a worker in the mushroom planting base, and she used her industrious hands to increase the family's income.
"My family is more difficult, so Murakami introduced us to come here to do it. My family is relatively close to this mushroom base, give us wages, and manage rice. This work has helped us to raise our economic income. Shang Qiling said.
Shang Qiling is planning to build a greenhouse herself after the technology matures, "earn more!"

When he heard that Jinshan District would select 3 cadres as the tenth batch of cadres to assist Dian to carry out the work of aiding Dian, Song Jie took the initiative to apply and finally made the trip, and went to Dian in September 2017 to serve as a member of the Standing Committee of the Jingdong County Cpc Committee and deputy county governor.

When the 10th batch of cadres aiding Dian in Shanghai expired in Jingdong County, Jingdong County had not yet been lifted out of poverty, in order to stabilize the Bridge of Jinjing Cooperation, continue to help and support the work, and stabilize the actual results of poverty alleviation, Song Jie took the initiative to apply to Jinshan for an extension to continue to stay in Dian County, and was approved by the organization to become the eleventh batch of cadres who aided Dian to continue to stay in Jingdong so far.

He led the establishment of the "Jingdong Yi Autonomous County Foreign Enterprise Exchange Service Center", a special person responsible for the implementation of the enterprise procedures, greatly facilitating the entry of enterprises, in the process of exploring the landing of service enterprises, it only takes 2 days to complete a series of enterprise landing procedures such as application, approval, filing, account opening, tax registration and so on. Finally, in 2018, Shanghai Quanyun Agricultural Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. was introduced, the mushroom planting base in Jinping Town was built, and the interest connection mechanism of "enterprise + village collective economy + difficult party members" in the mushroom industry was established.
Under the guidance and encouragement of Song Jie and her family, her daughter also joined the ranks of Shanghai-Dian cooperation and exchange, took the lead in planning and organizing the "Special Volunteer Service Activity for The Exchange and Improvement of English between Young Students in Shanghai and Yunnan", used her spare time to regularly conduct remote exchanges and guidance with Jingdong No. 1 Middle School students every week, and organized the team to use the holiday to carry out donation and interactive exchange activities in the field of Jingdong No. 1 Middle School. Since then, the deeds of three generations and four people of a family have been passed down as a good story in the local area. In 2021, their family was selected as the "Most Beautiful Family on the Sea".
