In order to strengthen the technical support for food sampling inspection, food safety case investigation, food safety accident disposal and other work, standardize the use of rapid food safety testing, and improve the efficiency of supervision. Food supplement inspection methods and food rapid testing methods are now open to the public.
1. Content of the solicitation
In the early stage, our bureau has publicly solicited the needs of food supplement inspection methods and food rapid testing methods, and after expert review, announced 19 food supplement inspection methods and 23 food rapid testing methods. At present, 19 food supplement inspection methods and 23 food rapid testing methods are continued to be openly solicited for the public. The details are as follows:
(1) Catalogue of Solicitation of Food Supplement Inspection Methods (Annex 1);
(2) Catalogue of Rapid Food Testing Methods (Annex 2).
2. Submission requirements
(1) The declared inspection methods shall have a foundation for preliminary testing, scientific research and other work, and have carried out relevant work such as intra-laboratory or inter-laboratory comparison;
(2) The reporting unit shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the materials provided.
3. Time and method of submission
(1) Food supplement inspection method: Fill in the "Declaration Form for The Establishment of Food Supplement Inspection Methods" (Annex 3) as required, and submit the electronic version (scanned copy of the word version and the stamped version) and a paper version with the official seal of the unit. When mailing, please indicate the words "Food Supplement Inspection Method Project Establishment Declaration Materials" in the envelope. The electronic version is sent to the designated mailbox in the form of an email, and the mail name and attachment name are named after "Food Supplement Inspection Method Declaration + Method Name + Reporting Unit".
(2) Food rapid testing method: Fill in the "Declaration form for the establishment of food rapid testing methods" (Annex 4), "List of Technical Indicators of Food Rapid Testing Methods" (Annex 5) as required, and submit the electronic version (word version and stamped version scanned copy) and a paper version with the official seal of the unit. When mailing, please indicate the words "Food Rapid Testing Method Project Application Materials" in the envelope. The electronic version is sent to the designated mailbox in the form of an email, and the mail name and attachment name are named after "Food Rapid Detection Method Declaration + Method Name + Reporting Unit".
