On October 10, 2023, Beijing time, the World Snooker Tour officially released the latest world rankings. In the latest world rankings, O'Sullivan, Brecel and Mark Allen are still the top three players.

Trump and Selby switched places, while Robertson, Murphy and Kyren Wilson were sixth to eighth. Higgins overtook Mark Williams with his outstanding performance at the English Open.

O'Sullivan and Brecel Allen are in the top three in the world

In the latest world rankings, O'Sullivan, Brecel and Allen's rankings remain unchanged. Although O'Sullivan lost to China's Anda Zhang at the English Open, he still ranked first in the world with an additional £7,500 in points for £890,500.

The ranking is followed by the new world champion Brecel, who was again defeated by Ding Junhui in the English Open, and this outcome is the key to O'Sullivan's continued ranking of world No. 1.

Selby, on the other hand, is fifth in the world with £612,000 in points after losing to O'Donnell. Robertson. Murphy and Kyren Wilson both went out in the first round of the English Open, which left their rankings and points unchanged.

Robertson is sixth in the world with £545,000 points, Murphy is seventh with £483,000 and Kyren Wilson is eighth with £440,000.

Lisovsky is in 13th place with £297,000 points after adding £3,000 points, and Hawkins is in 14th place with £295,500 after adding £3,000. China's brother Ding Junhui is 15th after reaching the quarter-finals of the English Open with £262,500 in ranking points.

Wafi is 16th with £61,500 in points. Zhou Yuelong ranked 25th with 176,000 pounds of ranking points after adding 11,000 pounds of ranking points, up three places from the previous period.

Fan Zhengyi has slipped one spot and is currently 30th with £155,000 points, while Scarlet remains in 31st with £153,000. Xiao Guodong and Pang Junxu are currently ranked 34th and 35th.

The England Open runner-up Anda Zhang is temporarily ranked 40th in the world with a new prize of £35,000 with 112,500 points.
