Cora Jade is reluctant to stay at NXT
WWE's NXT brand roster features several superstars who seem destined to be the main show. Korra Jed was last seen on NXT on July 25th, and at the moment, there is no specific timeline for Korra Jed's return.
Korra Jade recently replied to the wrestling fans who missed her, making it clear that she doesn't want to return to the NXT brand. Subsequently, RSN reached out to a member of WWE's creative team, who confirmed to them that WWE has not yet had discussions about Korra Jed coming to the main show, making Korrajed's current position in WWE awkward. That doesn't mean Korra Jade's arrival on the WWE main show won't happen, though, because she has a WWE superstar in her, but her call-up to the WWE main show isn't imminent.
Roman Reigns may continue to miss some of the tournaments
According to Wrestling Observer, the WWE currently has no match scheduled for Roman Reigns at next month's Survivor Tournament, and if he does miss the event, it would mark the first time he has missed one of WWE's four annual events since winning the title in 2020. It is reported that so far, his next plan to defend his title is in the royal tournament.
The 2024 WWE cage bout will take place in Australia in February, with posters featuring Cody Rhodes, LA Knight, Seth Rollins, Bianca Bellar, and Rhea Ripley, but many fans have noticed that Roman Reigns is not among them, and while Roman will be in action at the Regalia Royale in January and WrestleMania in April, next February could be another big event he will be missing.
Drew Cross Fryer
According to Dave Melzer, Drew McIntyre is challenging Seth Rollins for the title, but he still hasn't re-signed with WWE. However, Dave Melzer said that Drew McIntyre is not one to want to leave WWE, and that Drew McIntyre is only haggling with WWE for a salary that he is happy with before his contract expires. To put it simply, Drew wants a specific number, but WWE doesn't want to provide that number right now.
It was previously reported that Kroos would get more push on the SD brand, and now there is more news about him. According to BWE, Kroos' storyline will resume after the Crown Orb Tournament, and he is the pending player that Triple H has in store for the future of WWE.
To the surprise of wrestling fans, Rick Flair made an appearance on this week's AEW Dynamite show and teamed up with Sting. It is reported that Tony Khan has an idea, specifically that he hopes that Rick Flair can be a key member of Sting's retirement journey next year. For wrestling fans, it's a sight to see the two legends team up to create memorable moments in the ring, but that doesn't mean Rick Flair can't resist having another retirement bout at AEW.
