Through on-the-spot inspection of the school's routine management effect and the implementation of the "five educations", he participated in the lesson preparation activities of the teaching and research group and the regular meeting of the school, consulted the archives, pointed out 36 problems on the spot, and studied and jointly formulated 36 rectification measures with the school team, and issued 2 rectification notices.
The supervision group organized a feedback meeting attended by all teachers, and gave detailed feedback on the problems identified. The meeting demanded that in view of the problems detected, first, the supervised schools should correctly treat the existing problems, and the main leaders should make precise scheduling, get to the bottom of the problem, accurately promote, track the whole process, and dynamically sell the number to ensure that the problems found in the supervision are all rectified;
Through supervision, the routine management of the school was strengthened, the ideological dynamics of teachers and students were understood, the existing problems were pointed out, and the rectification measures were clarified, which laid a solid foundation for standardizing school management, building a solid safety bottom line, and improving the quality of running a school.
