In order to further deepen the "three-level linkage" mechanism of grassroots governance in Baoshan District, recently, the Community Party and Mass Service Center of Luojing Town, Baoshan District, carried out the professional ability training of village cadres to lead community governance, and representatives of village secretaries and community workers participated. The training focused on the "key minority", took a good "key lesson", and focused on "party building leading community governance to build a better home" in the form of "special lectures + exchange seminars", so that village cadres can summarize experience, learn advanced methods, and comprehensively improve the professional quality and professional ability of village cadres.
Gu Jiawen, a teacher from Baoshan District Community Governance College, started from two aspects: the importance of party building leading community governance and the implementation path of party building leading community governance, and discussed the innovation of community governance led by party building through case interpretation, which effectively promoted village cadres to think about how to carry out community governance under the guidance of party building in the new era and how to continue to consolidate the foundation of community governance, which has strong practical guiding significance.
During the training, Mr. Gu said that the leadership of party building plays a key role in community governance, and it is necessary to fully excavate and integrate multiple forces such as party members, community volunteers, and residents, stimulate enthusiasm and creativity, and constantly build a new pattern of community governance of co-construction, co-governance and sharing. In view of the problems such as high-altitude throwing objects, parking "hard to find", piles of things in the corridor, and walking dogs without leashes in community governance, Mr. Gu introduced the implementation paths of establishing the "four guarantees" mechanism of community governance, improving the mobilization mechanism of "combination of peace and emergency" in community governance, sinking the community of party members, and using digital intelligence technologies such as Baoshan Community Pass to serve community governance, so as to provide new perspectives and thoughts for village cadres in community governance.
