The 2024 National Master's Admission Examination (Preliminary Examination) will be held from December 23rd to 25th, in order to ensure that the majority of candidates can take the exam smoothly, Nantong Education Examination Institute reminds candidates to pay attention to the following matters:

Prepare for the exam

1. Bring all your exam documents.

Candidates can take the examination with their "Admission Ticket" and valid resident ID card. It is recommended to use A4 format white paper for printing on the "Admission Ticket", and the front and back sides shall not be altered or written during use.

2. Plan your trip reasonably.

Candidates are requested to take the test at the specified time and place. The exam starts at 8:30 a.m. and starts at 2:00 p.m. 15 minutes after the start of the test, late candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination room to take the exam. It is recommended to familiarize yourself with the location of the test center and the route to the test in advance, and arrange the travel time and route reasonably according to the weather and traffic conditions to ensure a smooth test.

Prepare exam supplies

Candidates are only allowed to bring the prescribed examination supplies (such as black writing pens, pencils, unsealed erasers, drawing instruments, etc.) or the required utensils indicated by the admissions unit on the admission ticket.

Among the 25 UEC subjects, Chemistry (Agriculture) (subject code 315) can use a scientific calculator with logarithmic and power exponential calculation functions (no dictionary storage and programming functions), and calculators are not allowed in other UEC subjects. Whether the self-proposed subjects can bring calculators shall be indicated by each enrollment unit in the "Enrollment Unit Description Column" of the admission ticket; if not, it will not be used.

It is strictly forbidden to bring illegal items

Test takers are not allowed to bring their mobile phones into the test center (closed area of the test). You are not allowed to bring any books, periodicals, newspapers, manuscript paper, pictures, materials, communication tools (such as mobile phones, smart watches, smart glasses, photography, scanning and other equipment) or electronic devices with storage, programming and query functions, as well as correction fluid, correction tape, scotch tape and other items into the examination room.

After the start of the test, if it is found that the test taker is carrying a mobile phone or other device with the function of sending or receiving information, regardless of whether it is used or not, it will be punished as cheating in the test.

Actively cooperate with security checks

According to the unified requirements of the Ministry of Education, this examination will add a new intelligent security door inspection link. When entering the test center, candidates must obey the arrangement, enter the test in an orderly manner, and accept the security check of the test center staff. It is strictly forbidden to bring mobile phones, smart products (smart watches, bracelets, etc.), wireless headsets and other electronic products with communication functions into the test center (closed test management area).

Test takers are advised to arrive at the test center at least 60 minutes in advance to avoid delays. If the normal entrance examination is affected due to personal reasons, the candidate shall be responsible for it.

Fill in the information accurately

After entering the venue, candidates should take their seats and place the "Admission Ticket" and valid resident ID card in the upper corner of the aisle side of the table for verification. After receiving the answer sheet, answer sheet and test paper, candidates must carefully check whether the test subjects on the answer sheet and test papers are the same as those on the admission ticket, and after checking that they are correct, fill in the name, candidate number and other information accurately and clearly in the designated position within the specified time, and cooperate with the invigilator or paste the bar code according to the requirements of the relevant enrollment unit.

Follow the rules of the testing room

After the test start signal is issued, candidates can start answering the questions. Candidates must keep quiet in the examination room, and are not allowed to smoke, make noise, talk to each other, look left and right, gesticulate, make secret signals, entrain, peep, plagiarize or intentionally let others plagiarize, copy test questions and answers or exchange test papers and answer sheets, and do not deliberately damage or take out of the examination room test papers, answer sheets, answer sheets, and scratch papers.

Candidates should stop writing and stop answering questions immediately after the test end signal is given. The test papers and answer sheets of the subjects of the national examination are placed on the table and collected by the invigilator one by one. For self-proclaimed subjects, candidates should put the test papers, answer sheets, and answer sheets (or answer sheets) into the original test paper bag and seal and sign. After the invigilator checks that there are no errors one by one, they can leave the examination room one by one.

Take the exam with integrity

According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the national education examination is implemented in standardized test centers, and the examination is all conducted under video surveillance.

Candidates' violations of examination discipline and regulations will be severely dealt with in accordance with the "Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations" (Decree No. 33 of the Ministry of Education) and recorded in the integrity files of candidates in national education examinations; Candidates are requested to cherish their personal reputation, abide by examination discipline, and strive to be honest citizens.

During the test period, off-campus vehicles are not allowed to enter the campus where the test center is located, so please do not drive to the test site.
